This website is intended for all ages. The art displayed here is mostly of the anime variety but can vary by artist. OiOi Bunny is based in the United States. However, the artists involved are located all across the world. Artist support is one of OiOiBunny’s main goals and every order placed goes to directly support the artists involved.
Shipping
Domestic Orders:
Free Shipping on all orders of $35 and over.
Flat rate shipping of $4.50 on all orders below $35.
Orders typically arrive 2-5 days after you order. Tracking can be found on your order in your account. If you checked out as a guest, feel free to contact us for tracking info if needed.
International Orders:
Unfortunately, we can not offer free shipping for international orders but we will provide the lowest rates possible. Feel free to contact us if you feel the shipping is incorrect or want a quote.
Currently, International shipping starts at $10. Small orders may have cheaper shipping available. Rates are subject to change according to our shipping partner rates.
How are your orders shipped?
Orders are shipped in unbranded standard packaging. Usually in a brown box, tube, or bubble envelope. There’s no references to “OiOi Bunny” or what’s inside the packages in any way, other than standard customs information as required for postage (for international shipments).
Returns
All items are custom made to order and all profits are shared with the artists involved, therefore refunds are only permitted if an item is received as defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a refund. A 30% restocking fee may apply to some returns.
Payment methods accepted
All major credit and debit cards are accepted bearing the following card types: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, American Express and others. PayPal is also accepted.

Bun Carrotz are special carrots that our bunny boy mascot, BunBun, gives to his favorite customers! BunBun is generous enough to give 100 free Carrotz to every new customer.
- 1 Bun Carrotz is earned for every $1 spent throughout the store.
- Bun Carrotz give a 2% reward on purchases (e.g. 100 Bun Carrotz can be traded in for a $2 order discount).
- Bun Carrotz are immediately applied to your account after every successful order and can be used on any future order in any amount that you wish.
- Bun Carrotz do not expire, so feel free to spend them right away or save them up!
